Payments and returns

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged package and/or goods, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damage. Once confirmed, I will endeavor to replace the item, free of cost. In the event that I am unable to replace the item, a refund will be processed upon receiving the returned damaged items, and corresponding certificate of authenticity (for original artworks). 

The Drawing Donkey cannot be held liable for items lost in transit. 

Before returning any items, please contact me at annick.mitchell@gmail.com with your full name, order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.
